Porsche is monitoring closely the development of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the corresponding government guidelines in order to ensure that we act responsibly and appropriately in this situation. Of course, the health and safety of our customers, our employees and our business partners remains our highest priority.
In line with current government guidelines all Porsche Centre showrooms in the UK are now closed and their workshops are not able to provide routine maintenance at this time. The specialist Porsche team that runs our UK-based Customer Assistance Centre is working remotely and remains fully operational to take your calls or emails. If you are a Porsche customer in one of the categories recognised by the government to continue working we will do our best to facilitate any urgent repairs your car may need, and to keep you mobile.
In the event of a breakdown Porsche Assistance is still operational. We will ensure that you and your car are returned home safely. If you are not in one of the categories recognised by the government as essential then we hope you will understand why we may not offer the normal range of mobility options at the present time.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
